Q: What is the membership for? What do I get?
A: In the past we have provided
vacation packages, phone cards for long distance minutes, internet
access, grocery coupons, emergency cash vouchers, and instant
cash rebates. These products and services are subject to change
as we are constantly striving to add the best services for our
customers. To see what you will actually receive it is best to
talk to a customer service representative. We also try to keep
our site up to date with the latest changes but our representative
have the latest information.
Q: How long does it take to become a member?
A: The time it takes to review
your application has several factors. The sooner we receive your
application the better. However the typical time to finalize the
contract for most customers is less than an hour. Also, we cannot
finalize any contracts after 5:30 p.m. CST. If any applications
are received or not finalized before this time they will be processed
the next working day.
Q: What membership level would I qualify for?
A: We can't tell you what
membership level you are qualified for until we have received
all of your information.
Q: If I miss payments what do I have to pay back?
A: All you owe is the normal
daily fee for any missed payments. If you wish to terminate your
contract early you can do so by calling 1-866-499-5000 and will
be charged an early termination fee dependent on membership level.
Even if you terminate early you can still use some unused services
you have already received in the mail such as unused phone card
minutes.
Q: Can I reactivate my account?
A: No, once you terminate
early or finish your contractual obligation you are no longer
a member. You can however sign up with us again either by filling
out an application on our site or contacting us at 1-866-499-5000.
This will require a new contract to be signed but will also come
with all the benefits all new members receive.
Q: How many memberships can I have?
A: One at a time.
Q: What are the daily fees?
A: The most accurate information
can be found in the contract you sign. As of this writing the
following is accurate. For a one-year membership, the daily fees
broken down by level are:
$3.00 per day for Bronze Membership
$5.00 per day for Silver Membership
$7.00 per day for Gold Membership
$10.00 per day for Platinum Membership
Q: How often will my membership fees be due?
A: We feel payments are easiest
when they are due on your paydates.
Q: Do I have to pay the fees for a year?
A: You have to pay the fees
for the length of your contract unless you call and cancel your
membership, which you can do at anytime by calling 1-866-499-5000.
Early cancelation fee will apply.
Q: How long do I have to wait to receive my rebate?
A: Once you become a member
the rebate is direct deposited into your account and usually shows
up the next business day.
Q: What are company business hours?
A: Representatives are available
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. -.5:30 p.m. CST. Fax and automated telephone
lines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: What are the Membership Eligibility Requirements?
A: Must be 18 years of age
or older
Must be employed or Receive benefits: (Social Security, Retirement
Pension)
Have an active bank account (no business accounts)
Valid Drivers License/ State I.D.
Q: How do I apply for membership:
A: Complete an online application
or have one faxed to 866-267-3112 or 636-533-0513.
Along with application please fax:
1. Copy of most recent bank statement
2. Recent pay stub
3. Blank voided check/ATM or debit card-front & back
4. Drivers License/ State Identification
