Before you begin to process your vacation, it is very important that you follow the instructions below in order to achieve the fastest service possible.

1) Vacationers are responsible for charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to; taxes, transportation and surcharges.

2) Group travel fees will apply to each certificate holder (more than 1 certificate) requesting to travel together. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other vacation offer or Spirit Incentives certificate.

3) This certificate has no cash redemption value and is non-transferable and can not be sold to the end user.

4) It is the responsibility of the end user to provide proper documentation such as Passports, Birth Certificates, Visas, Photo Ids, etc. for International departure if necessary. It is important that you do not leave for your vacation until you have received your reservation confirmation voucher from Spirit Incentives.

5) This offer is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for sponsors, distributors, employees, family members of sponsors and distributors or Spirit Incentives employees and family members.

6) Cancellations must be made in writing and penalties may apply once reservations have been confirmed.

You will find (100) one hundred $10.00 Grocery Coupon Certificates in your book. Each certificate may be redeemed for $10.00 worth of preclipped coupons from the grocery index, listed in the back of this book. The grocery book index numbers vary from the Internet index numbers.

If your favorite items are not indexed, simply write them in the space provided on the order form.

Here's how to achieve the fastest possible service

A. On the order form, fill in your name, address, telephone number and authorization number (a must) located on the back of your book.

B. MOST IMPORTANT: All order forms must be filled out completely. Choose EXACTLY 48 different items from the grocery index in your book. All 48 boxes MUST be filled in or your order cannot be processed.
